AddRibbonTab(String,String,Boolean) Method

Create and add to the RibbonTabCollection a new RibbonTab with given Key and CommandId.

Parameters

key: The string to test for containment.
commandId: Identifier for the command.
fromXml: true to from XML.

A RibbonTab.
