Add and Modify Drawing Objects : Add Drawing Objects : Draw Arcs
To draw an arc with a specified centre point, end point and sweep angle, on the Draw tab, in the Draw group, click Arc Angle, select Arc Angle from the drop-down list.
Alternatively, on the Home tab, in the Draw group, click Circle Centre-Radius, select Arc Angle from the drop-down list.
The user is prompted to Specify the centre point or <Through>
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the centre point of the arc.
The user is then prompted to Specify the start point
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the start point of the arc.
The user is then prompted to Specify the sweep angle
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the end point of the arc.
Throughout the arc creation process the user can press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.

Press the down arrow key and select Through to draw an arc with specified start, end and through points. Refer to Draw Arc with Specified Start, End and Through Points for further information.

To draw an arc with a specified start, end and through points, on the Draw tab, in the Draw group, click Arc Angle, select Arc Three-Points from the drop-down list.
Alternatively, on the Home tab, in the Draw group, click Circle Centre-Radius, select Arc Three-Points from the drop-down list.
The user is prompted to Specify the start point or <Angle>
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the start position of the arc.
The user is then prompted to Specify the end point
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the end position of the arc.
The user is then prompted to Specify the through point
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the mid-point of the arc.
Throughout the arc creation process the user can press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.

To draw an elliptical arc with specified axes, start and end angle, on the Draw tab, in the Draw group, click Ellipse Axis-Edge, select Elliptical Arc from the drop-down list.
Alternatively, on the Home tab, in the Draw group click Centre Circle-Radius, select Elliptical Arc from the drop-down list.
The user is prompted to Specify the start of the first axis or <Centre>
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the start point of the first axis of the ellipse that the arc is derived from.
The user is then prompted to Specify the first axis length
Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the length of the first axis.
The user is then prompted to Specify the second axis length or <#mm>
Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the length of the first axis.
The user is then prompted to Specify the start angle or <Finish>
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the start position of the arc.
The user is then prompted to Specify the end angle or <Finish>

To draw an elliptical arc with a specified axes, start and end angle and using rotation, on the Draw tab, in the Draw group, click Ellipse Axis-Edge, select Elliptical Arc from the drop-down list.
Alternatively, on the Home tab, in the Draw group, click Centre Circle-Radius, select Elliptical Arc from the drop-down list.
The user is prompted to Specify the start of the first axis or <Centre>
