Grid and Snap to Grid
To display a grid with rulers, on the Status Bar, click Grid on/off, or press F7.
The user can specify grid style (points, lines or crosses). Refer to Advanced Drafting Settings for further information.
Click the option or press F7 again to hide them.
To hide the grid and rulers, on the Status Bar, click Grid on/off, or press F7.
When a point is selected with the mouse, the cursor can optionally be set to snap to grid points. To switch grid snapping on and off, on the Status Bar, click Snapping to grid on/off, or press F9.
Note:
The grid and snap to grid options are set separately for each sheet and view.
