MDS Structure Defaults Form : Framework Selections/Restrictions Tab
Figure 7:2.
MDS Structure Defaults - Framework Selections/Restrictions Tab
This tab is used to specify what ancillaries are available to the MDS designer during framework support creation. The fields at the top of the form show which framework is currently selected (see Standard tab).
The left hand Selections list contains all available MDS ancillaries. The buttons below the list provide filtering on specific ancillary types. To make an ancillary available, click on the item in the list then click on the right arrow icon at the side of the list. This transfers the item to the adjacent list. Clicking on the left arrow icon reverses this action. The * character represents all MDS ancillary types.
The Restrictions list is used in a similar way, but is for MDS ancillaries that are to be excluded.
The combination of both of these lists defines the list of MDS ancillary types the designer can select from. In the example screenshot above, the * in the Selections list means that all ancillary types are to be made available, but the Restrictions list shows that AN06, AN61 and all LT types are to be excluded from use by the MDS application.
