The MDSSPECPRE default is the special support number prefix and is used when special supports are created. The prefix is used in combination with the standard support name. It can be made to be unique within the current MDB by setting the MDSSPECFLA default to true. Setting the default value to false allows the special support number to exist at more than one support. Setting MDSSPECON to true prevents the user from proceeding until a special support number is entered.
