Defined MDS Reports for the Delivered Project
Read the following information in conjunction with details at the top of MDS-REPORT-DEFS file.
MDS-REPORT-DEFS contains the pre-defined MDS Reports available for the Project.
Note:
The maximum length of any line in this file must not exceed 256 Characters. If more than 256 characters exist, the MDS Report Utility will error on initialisation with:
(41,319) ERROR - Cannot access file /<%projcode>DFLTS/MDS-REPORT-DEFS - RSE.

Field 1:
The filename on the operating system to which the report will be sent.
•
Field 2:
The title of the report appearing on the top of the Report.
•
Field 3:
The required heading numbers as selected from the MDS Report Headings form. This field also controls the associated column sorting, subtotalling, and totalling options (see Field 3 Sorting, Totalling and Sub-totalling Options).

Field 4:
The database extraction functions for the required data.
•
Field 5:
The database element types to be searched for the data required in Field 4.
