Introduction : Macros

Most people who read this manual will be writing macros, either to run into AVEVA E3D™ when required, for example, to create a new project, or as part of customising the ADMIN interface.

There are some commands in ADMIN which automatically create simple AVEVA E3D™ macros. These are command files which can be read back into AVEVA E3D™. In particular, you can use the REPLICATE command to create a macro which will replicate a project.
