The settings can be loaded and saved in DgnDiagramsImportSettings.xml file stored in Diagrams settings folder (project defaults or global defaults).

By default, there is no setting file delivered with installation. You create it by clicking the Save settings button. After that, a new DgnDiagramsImportSettings.xml file will be created in the Diagrams folder located beneath the project default location.
