ExtCursor Constructor(Bitmap,Point)

Initializes a new instance of the ExtCursor class from the specified bitmap image. (The transparent color is taken as the color of the bottom-left pixel)

Parameters

pCursorImage: Bitmap to use as the cursor.
pHotSpot: HotSpot for the cursor.
