ExtCursor Constructor(Bitmap,Bitmap,Point)

Initializes a new instance of the ExtCursor class from the specified bitmap image and mask.

Parameters

pCursorImage: Bitmap to use as the cursor.
pCursorMaskImage: Bitmap to use as the cursor mask.
pHotSpot: HotSpot for the cursor.
