AddListTool(String,String,ArrayList,Boolean) Method

Create and add a new ListTool object in the RootToolsCollection.

Parameters

key: Unique key in the RootToolsCollection.
commandId: Identifier of command which the tool is associated with.
arguments: Arguments for the tool.
fromXml: true to from XML.

Return Value

A ListTool.
