DRAW User Guide

Process Tasks	Allows you to define the process tasks used. Refer to Process Tasks for further information.
Available Registries	Allows you to define the process type. Refer to Process Type for further information.
Auto Numbering	Select the ON option button to apply auto numbering to the process. Select the OFF to omit auto numbering from the process. Auto Numbering assigns a specific numbering code to the drawings to generate a Drawing number. The administrator sets up the Drawing number and configuration.

	Click to add the selected task from the Tasks Available list to the Tasks Selected List.
	Click to remove the selected task from the Tasks Selected list.
Modify Task	Click to Modify the currently selected task. A window displays allowing you to modify the specific task. You can modify the Plot Drawings, Report Labels and Hyper Plant tasks.

Format	Input a value in the Format field to define a format for the Plot Drawings.
Filename	Input a name in the Filename field to define the name of the Plot Drawings.
Cut Marks	Allows you to define cut marks on the Plot Drawings. Input On in the field to display cut marks. Input Off in the field to hide cut marks.
Border	Allows you to define a border on the Plot Drawings. Input On in the field to display a border. Input Off in the field to hide the border.
Frame	Allows you to define a frame on Plot Drawings. Input On in the field to display a frame. Input Off in the field to hide the frame.
Over Write	Allows you to specify if the Plot Drawings files can be overwritten. Input On in the field to allow the file to be overwritten. Input Off in the field to prevent the file from being overwritten.

Data File	Input a data file name in the field to be used for the report.
Out directory	Input a location in the field to specify the directory for the Report.
Out file prefix	Allows you to specify a prefix for the file. Input a value in the field to define the file prefix.
Append to file	Allows you to add to a file that already exists. Input True in the to add to an existing file. Input False in the field to create a new file.

Create & Update	Select from the drop-down list to create new drawings and update existing drawings. Update means that design graphics, tagging, and any tasks assigned to the template are re-run. No layers are deleted through this process, allowing you to add their own 2D layer elements if required.
Create & Regen(erate)	Select from the drop-down list to create new drawings and regenerate existing drawings. Regenerate means that the drawing is effectively deleted and re-created. Regenerate can be used if a new drawing is required without additions (for example 2D layers).
Process Tasks Only	Only the selected process tasks are actioned. Drawings are not modified. For example, if the process task Plot_Drawings is selected, then the selected existing drawings are plotted to file.
