Using the Vendor’s Model Browse Dialog
LMI [DRI/VER {string}] IMPORT BRO/WSE
{string}
driver name and connection details in the following format, enclosed in single quotes:
{name}[|{path to dll}[|{vendor’s connect string}]]
The BROWSE form of the IMPORT command (if the vendor supports it) causes the vendor’s model browse dialog to be displayed, and allows the user to select a model for import. Once the model is selected and the dialog closed, the import action is exactly the same as the IMPORT {mname} form of the command described in the section above.
Note:
Once the model has been imported with BROWSE, the MODID attribute can be queried to discover the model name.
