Procedures : Run a Clash

The clash run and load processes are undertaken in separate processes which access the 3D model in TTY mode. A SAVEWORK in the current session is required if any changes made in the session are to be made available to AVEVA Clash Manager™.This procedure is available only to supervisors of the administrator discipline.

Run Clash Set Direct from AVEVA Clash Manager window

From the AVEVA Clash Manager window, select Tools then Run Clash Set, select the required Clash Set from the displayed list of recently used Clash Sets.

The Clash Set runs, the results are displayed in the AVEVA AVEVA Clash Manager - Clash Sets window, to view the clashes, create and view a Clash Report. Refer to Clash Sets Window for further information.

Run Clash Set from the Clash Sets Window

From the AVEVA Clash Manager window, select Tools then select Clash Sets, the AVEVA Clash Manager - Clash Sets window is displayed.

Select the clash set, which needs to be run and click Run Desclash. Refer to Clash Sets Window for further information.

As required, change the default characteristics of the clash set and initiate the clash run. The progress of the run is displayed in the status bar, refer to Status bar for further information.

The Clash Set runs, the results are displayed in the AVEVA AVEVA Clash Manager - Clash Sets window, to view the clashes create and view a Clash Report. Refer to Clash Report for further information.
