Most of this manual describes how to use PML 2 to create and customise Forms and Menus. This chapter describes how to use PML within AVEVA products. Note that for tasks such as defining Rules and Report Templates, the user is restricted to the PML 1 expressions package described in the Software Customisation Reference Manual, and it is also sometimes necessary to use the VAR command.
