Material
The materials used in the 3D model can be given a material reference (Matref) attribute, so that attributes such as weight, COG can be calculated and then used with the checking and reporting AVEVA E3D™ functionality.
On the PLATES tab, in the Tools group, click Material to display the Set Material window.
The user can assign a material (Matref) to the CE, list or picked element. The material part of the Set Material window is populated with a list of available materials for selection. If a material is not available for selection, refer to the system administrator. For more information, refer to Material.
