This functionality is only available for PANEL or one of its soft type elements. If another element is selected as the CE, the following Warning window is displayed:

On the WALLS AND FLOORS tab, in the Modify group, click Floor, select Specification from the drop-down list to display the Specification window. The functionality available to the user is identical to that described in default specification, refer to Floor Specification and Wall Specification for more information.
