Create and Modify Representation and Hatch Styles

The appearance of drawing elements is controlled by the representation style. How elements are hatched is controlled by the hatching style.

Global styles can be overridden by user-defined styles which can be applied to drawing items. The styles are stored in local Representation Libraries.

To create or modify representation and hatching styles, on the Home tab, in the Display group, click Rep. & Hatch Rules to display the Representation and Hatch Rules window.
