User Interface : Active Properties

The Active Properties window allows the user to view and change the default properties that are applied to new objects when they are created and to subsequently apply the properties to selected objects, if required.

On the Home tab, in the Display group, click Active Properties to display the Active Properties window.

The current active properties display and can be modified. When a new object is created, these properties are automatically applied to that object.

To apply the current properties to an object, select the check boxes for those properties to be applied, and select a property from the drop-down list.


	Pick the selected entity properties and select them as current	Click to set the selected properties as the active properties. If multiple objects are selected they must have the same properties.
	Apply the current setting to the selected entities	Click to apply the active properties to a selected object using a cursor pick.
