DRAW User Guide

Open	Click to open the element at sheet level or below in a new tab.
Attributes	Click to display the Attributes window. Refer to Attributes Window for further information.
Rename	Click to rename the selected element. Refer to Rename Element for further information.
Delete	Click to delete the currently selected element. A confirm window displays asking the user to OK the deletion. Click Yes to delete the element.
Delete Members	Click to delete members from an element. A confirm window displays asking the user to OK the deletion. Click Yes to delete the members.
Select Element	Click to highlight the selected element in the 2D view.
Add To Collections	Click to add the selected element to the list in the Collections window. Refer to Collections for further information.
Add Members to Collections	Click to add members from the selected element to the list in the Collections window. Refer to Collections for further information.
New Explorer	Allows the user to create a new explorer for the selected element or the element owner in the database hierarchy.
Copy	Click to copy the selected element and any associated members.
Paste	Click to paste a copied element and any associated members.

Undo	Click to undo the last action carried out in the element name field.
Cut	Click to copy and remove selected text from the element name field to the clipboard.
Copy	Click to copy selected text from the element name field to the clipboard.
Paste	Click to paste copied text into the element name field.
Delete	Click to delete selected text in the element name field.
Select All	Click to select all text in the element name field.
Right to left Reading order	Click to display the text in the element name field in right to left reading format.
Show Unicode control characters	Click to display Unicode control characters in the element name field.
Insert Unicode control character	Select a character from the drop-down menu to insert a unicode control into the element name field.

CE	Click to identify the currently selected element as the working element.
Name	Input a new name for the element in the field.
Only	Select from the drop-down list, the name change is applied to the current element only.
Re-name all	Select from the drop-down list, the name change is cascaded down to those members of the current element which incorporate the affected text within their names.
Note: Re-name all is recommended to rename the entire hierarchy below the currently selected element.
Un-name	Select from the drop-down list, the name becomes unset (the element is then identified only by its reference number).
