Output Facilities : Export to Plot File
To export a drawing or drawings to a plot file, on the Project tab, click Export to display the Export Options.
The functionality of the Export Options when exporting to a plot file is identical to exporting to a PDF file (refer to Export to PDF for further information), except that the user must specify to export to a plot file.

Select Export to Plot File from the drop-down list to define a .PLT file as the export format.
