To create or modify a drawing revision, on the Manage tab, in the Revision group, click Editor to display the Revision Control window.

The Revision Control window lists all of the existing revisions for the drawing sheet.


	Add new Revision	Click to add a new revision. A new revision row is added to the list of available revisions. Each new revision is assigned the next letter in the alphabet as its identifier. The identifier can be modified. Other details, for example, the identity of the user that created the revision and the time and date are recorded and added to the revision details, by default. The user can input values in the fields. For example, the Checked By and Approved By fields.
	Add new Text under Revision	Click to add another row of data to the revision details. Click + to display the row, if it is not visible. Click - to suppress the row display, if it is visible. The user can input further details. For example, a general description of the revision, in the fields that display.
	Remove selected rows	Click to delete the currently selected row.
	Refresh snapshot	Click to refresh the current revision.

The Column Filter allows the user to add or remove columns in the Revision Control list. Select the required check box to add a column to the Revision Control list. Clear the required check box to remove a column from the Revision Control list.

Click Apply to save the revision modifications.

Click OK to save the revision modifications and close the Revision Control window or Cancel to discard any changes and close the Revision Control window.
