Add Annotation : Pipe End Labels : Automatically Identified Pipe End Labels

To automatically identify the pipe ends to add labels to, on the Annotate tab, in the Annotate group, click Pipe End Labels, select Automatic from the drop-down list to display the Automatic Pipe End Labels window:

Layer	The layer name displays at the top of the window.
Label	Input a name for the label in the field.
With	Allows the user to modify the rule that determines which elements labelling is applied to. Input a new rule in the field and press Enter.
Purge Existing Labels	Select the check box to remove all existing pipe end labels.

Click Apply to add labels to all the pipe ends in the active view or Cancel to discard any changes and close the Automatic Pipe End Labels window.
