Add Annotation : Dimensions : Linear and Angular Dimension Grip Points
Linear and Angular Dimension Grip Points
Dimension grip points allow the user to create additional Linear (LDIM) or Angular (ADIM) points for an existing dimension. Refer to Add Linear Dimensions or Add Angular Dimensions for further information.
To create additional LDIM or ADIM points for a dimension, click to identify an existing LDIM or ADIM. The grip points display in blue.
Click the additional grip point. The grip point displays in red.
The user is prompted to Specify stretch point
Click to identify the position of the new dimension grip point. The dimension annotation is added.
The user is then prompted to Specify stretch point
The prompt is repeated allowing the user to add multiple dimension annotations.
Press ESC to end the command.
