Reporting User Guide

Print	Used to print the current report. Opens a standard Windows Print Options window.
Quick Print	Used to print the report using the default printer settings.
Page Setup	Used to configure the report page. Opens a standard Windows Page Setup window.
Export and Save Report	Used to export the report as a file. Displays the following menu, from which the file format is selected:
	Once the file format is selected a window is displayed from which export options relevant to the selected file type can be selected, for example:
	Click Ok. A standard Save As window is then displayed which is used to specify the location that the file is to be saved to. Click Save to complete the save.
Export and E-mail Report	Used to save the report as a file and send the file via e-mail. Displays the following menu, from which the file format is selected:
	Once the file format is selected a window is displayed from which options relevant to the selected file type can be selected, for example:
	Click Ok. A standard Save As window is then displayed which is used to specify the location that the file is to be saved to. Click Save to complete the save.
Publish to AVEVA NET	Used to export report data to AVEVA NET. Refer to the appropriate module documentation for details.
