Select Bar Menu > Settings > Comparison Options to display this form. The first check box allows you to set whether accepted differences will be ignored, i.e. reported as if the difference had not been accepted. The second check box controls how Integrator analyses and reports on pipelines when matched pipes also partially match additional pipelines. If unchecked, Integrator will include those additional pipelines in the report. If checked, only the selected pipeline will be reported, and the analysis will be faster, but will include less information.

The third check box allows you to set whether the Compare report will include warnings where elements are unpositioned. The fourth check box allows you to compare in Line List mode. Refer to Comparing in Line List Mode for more details. The Whole Diagram Compare options allow you to set which main types will be included in the report for a Compare Diagram operation. These settings are per user and project and will be saved automatically between sessions.
