View Element
The standard VIEW element has two user-defined attributes associated with it that are significant to MDS. They are:
:ABAUpdate
Set to true or false to control when Update Design is performed on the View. If set to false, the update is not performed when a Drawing is created but is done as specified in the owned tasks. This prevents multiple Update Designs and hence optimises drawing processing time.
:MDSABAOption
This controls the Projection angle of the View: 1 = 1st angle projection and 3 = 3rd angle projection. The uda defaults to 3rd angle projection if unset.
