The Edit Members menu option is available from the right click menu in Dictionary Explorer. The Edit Members window is displayed populated with the attributes of the dictionary elements beneath the CE.

Elements can be created and edited with the Edit Members functionality. For more information refer to Schematic Model Manager User Guide.
