Organise

The Organise Association Store window allows the user to view all the associations that have been created using the Association Manager. In the Equipment application, on the Equipment tab, in the Associate group, click Association Manager, select Browser from the drop-down list to display the Organise Association Store window.

The associations is displayed in the table and displays the following:

•

Name of the Association

•

The purpose of the association

•

The description of the association

•

The function of the association

•

Database Name of the association

To group the entries according to a particular column, drag the column header to the indicated location.

The user can do the following actions on the Organise Association Store window:


Create Association World	Click Create Association World to create a new association world, the user is required to enter the Name, Purpose, Description and Function in the given text fields. Click Apply Changes to create association world or Back to discard the text inputs.
Modify Association World	Click Modify Association World to modify an existing association world.
Delete Association World	Click Delete Association World to delete an association world from the list.
Show Association Groups	Click Show Association Groups to display the association groups.

Right-click on an association in the list displays a pop-up menu which allows the user to:


Create	Creates a new association.
Modify	Modifies an existing association.
Delete	Deletes an association.
Show Groups	Displays groups of associations.
Navigate to	Navigates to the selected association.
Locate from Explorer	Locates and highlights the association world in the Model Explorer.
