General Operations : Get Work
Design changes made by other users during the users current session is not shown in the users working copies unless the user updates these explicitly. To do so, on the Project tab, select Get Work.

All the databases that the user has Read access to are updated by the Get Work operation. The Save Work operation affects only those databases to which the user has Write access.
