Getting Started
When the user first logs into the DESIGN module the Design - General Application window is displayed.
The Design - General Application window is divided into four main areas.
The 3D Graphical View displays the design model graphically as the user builds the model.
The Model Explorer provides the user with an easy-to-use, graphical method of exploring the Design Database.
The Status Bar displays messages telling the user what actions the application is carrying out.
If the prompt allows the user to repeat a task an unspecified number of times, such as picking a selection of items using the cursor, the user must press the Esc key when finished selecting to indicate that they are ready to move to the next operation.
