Create
The following section details the functionality available below the Create option in the main window drop-down when working within an application.
PARAGON requires the user to create database administrative elements to store other elements, allowing the user to define a logical hierarchy. For example, Catalogue (CATA) elements and Section (SECT) elements are administrative elements.
The user can specify a Name and Purpose for the administrative element using a Create window.
