AVEVA E3D™ Database Management System
This chapter gives an overview of the AVEVA E3D™ Database Management System and the way in which it builds databases. This information may be useful to experienced users, but it is not essential for using AVEVA E3D™ ADMIN.
DABACON (DAtaBAse CONstructor) is the AVEVA E3D™ database management system. It is used to construct, navigate and interrogate a database structure.
Most of the analytical functions of database integrity checking are concerned with checking that the data is correctly structured according to the DABACON rules.
