How the Model Databases are Related
The data in a model database will often reference data in other types of database:
•
MODEL databases derive information about design components from the CATALOGUE databases.
•
PROPERTIES databases are referenced by CATALOGUE and MODEL databases.
•
PADD and ISOD databases contain references to the design model.
•
DICTIONARY databases hold definitions which are referenced from MODEL, CATALOGUE or PADD databases.
•
SCHE databases can reference CATALOGUE.
•
SCHE and MANU can use DICTIONARY.
•
MANU and reference MODEL.
