Who Should Read This Manual
The Administrator User Guide is written for the System Administrator who is responsible for setting up AVEVA E3D™ projects.
System Administrators should be familiar with the general principles of AVEVA E3D™. For example, they should be aware of the different modules and what they are used for, and should know about how to start up AVEVA E3D™ as a normal (non-administrative) user, giving a username and password, and specifying a Project Code and MDB.
Ideally, System Administrators should attend an AVEVA E3D™ Administration Training course. For information about training courses, contact your local AVEVA Solutions office at
