Function:
Removes the specified AVEVA E3D™ users from the Windows NT authenticated user.
Example:
USERREM/OVE FROM ‘fred_bloggs1’ USERA, USERB, USERC...
Removes AVEVA E3D™ users A, B and C from Window NT user ‘fred_bloggs1’
