Diagrams : Working with Diagrams : Revision Handling : Batch Revisioning of Drawings using Status Controller
To create revisions for a batch of drawings use the Status Controller function.
Go to Manage Tab > Status Controller.
Click on the Edit Status… option to select the desired status for the selected SCDIAG elements.
In this example the status Issued is selected for all available drawings.
If one or more drawings have a different revision status then the staus assignment can only be done through the Promote/Demote options from the context menu.
