There is a custom pattern in Visio with dual flow arrows named AVEVA Dual Flow dir.
A master shape, Dual Flow Branch, with custom line pattern to the pipeline stencil, is available in the default projects.
There are two custom menus for pipeline, branch and tube at element level. The two menus are Set as Dual Flow Direction and Set Line Pattern.
