Definition
Defines and creates a Terrain Definition (TRNDEF) element in the Terrain hierarchy.
Surface
Displays the name of the surface being worked on.
Name
If autonaming is enabled, the suggested name can be accepted by clicking OK or a new name can be typed and then applied by clicking OK.
Base Thickness
Enter a value to add a thickness below the lowest point from the surface.
Position
Creates the position for the Definition element, using the coordinates manually entered, using an offset or picked from the 3D view. These coordinates can then be locked.
Width/Length
The size of the Model to be created from the terrain definition and is set by entering a value for the Width and Length. The values define the restriction rectangle using graphical aids with dimensions on the sides of the rectangle for width and length.
Once the definition is created, click the next arrow. The definition is displayed as a volume.
