The Admin tab displays if you are a member of the DRAWADMIN team. Refer to DRAW Administrator Guide for further information.

When DRAW is opened, the Home tab displays initially.
To hide the tabs, right-click a tab and select Minimize the Ribbon from the drop-down menu, or double click the title of an open tab with the left mouse button.
