General Automatic Drawing Production : Create General ADP Views

Creates a general ADP view under the currently selected sheet.

Note:

The view is created under the current sheet, assuming that the Current Element is a sheet or lower.
If you are at a higher level, and more than one sheet is available, you are prompted to move to the required sheet.

The Create View window displays a default name for the view, taken from the drawing name and sheet name followed by /V and the next available number, for example, DR4/S2/V1. Input a different name if required.

Select the function of the view from the list of available functions. For example, select dra-genadp-equilocn from the list of functions to create a general ADP equipment location view. The view is created with reference to a corresponding file.

Click OK to create the new view or Cancel to discard any changes and close the Create VIEW window. By default, the Modify General ADP View window displays which can be used to modify the default view attributes. Refer to Modify General ADP View for further information.
