Sets the drawing revisions for the current sheet.

The Revision Control window lists all of the existing revisions for the drawing sheet.


	Display Revision	Allows you to view, print and export the currently selected revision to a PDF file. Refer to Display Revision for further information.
	Add new Revision	Click to add a new revision. A new revision row is added to the list of available revisions. Each new revision is assigned the next letter in the alphabet as its identifier. The identifier can be modified. Other details, for example, the identity of the user that created the revision and the time and date are recorded and added to the revision details, by default. You can input values in the fields. For example, the Checked By and Approved By fields.
	Add new Text under Revision	Click to add another row of data to the revision details. Click + to display the row, if it is not visible. Click - to suppress the row display, if it is visible. You can input further details. For example, a general description of the revision, in the fields that display.
	Remove selected rows	Click to delete the currently selected row.
	Refresh snapshot	Click to refresh the current revision.

The Column Filter allows you to add or remove columns in the Revision Control list. Select the required check box to add a column to the Revision Control list. Clear the required check box to remove a column from the Revision Control list.

Click Apply to save the revision modifications.

Click OK to save the revision modifications and close the Revision Control window or Cancel to discard any changes and close the Revision Control window.

Display Revision

Displays the currently selected revision in the Revision Viewer window.

The Revision Viewer window allows you to view, print and export a revision to a PDF file.

To resize the Revision Viewer window, click a corner or side and drag the cursor to create a window of the required size. The revision preview is regenerated to fit the window.

The sheet name displays at the bottom left, and the current revision status displays at the bottom right of the Revision Viewer window.


	Print	Click to print the revision sheet. Refer to Print Sheets for further information.
	Export to PDF	Click to export the revision sheet to a PDF file. Refer to Export to PDF for further information.
