A frame of type NORMAL is a container with a visible border that can contain any type of gadget, including other frames. This simple frame displays its tag (if defined) as a title to describe the gadget group as a whole.

Normal frames can be nested and as an inner frame expands, an outer frame will also expand to accommodate it.
