Error description:
A long error is output in the console similar to that shown below:
Solution:
The error is generated because files are missing in the Operating System that Global has a dependency on.
The highlighted reference number is an indication that Global is attempting to locate files that are part of the .NET Framework 4.

and download version 4 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
