From the AVEVA Clash Manager - Administrator window, select Lock Database, the Lock Database part of the AVEVA Clash Manager - Administrator window is displayed The functionality locks the AVEVA Clash Manager database to prevent non-administrative users from entering AVEVA Clash Manager during administrative work. Enter comments, which will be displayed to users who attempt to enter the AVEVA Clash Manager project.

Enter any relevant comments, click to select the Lock Database check box then click Next. A review window is displayed populated with the details regarding the locked database, click Finish to lock the database.

The following message is displayed in the review window Database has been locked.

From the AVEVA Clash Manager - Administrator window, select Unlock Database, the Unlock Database part of the AVEVA Clash Manager - Administrator window is displayed which unlocks the AVEVA Clash Manager database.

Select Unlock Database, click to select the Unlock Database check box then select Next. A review window is displayed populated with the details regarding the locked database, click Finish to unlock the database.

The following message is displayed in the review window Database has been unlocked.
