Procedures
: Clash Check the CE (Current Element).
Clash Check the CE (Current Element).
This procedure is available to users as defined by the administrator, refer to
Discipline
for further information.
Note:
The CE must be at or below a Group Element Type, the group element is the element that will be clash checked.
From the
AVEVA Clash Manager
window, select
Tools
then
Clash Check CE
to initiate the Clash Check CE process.
The first time the Clash Check CE process in a particular MDB is initiated, a personal clash set titled
Userid/MDB
is created and displayed on the
AVEVA AVEVA Clash Manager - Clash Set
window.
Update the default details, as required, refer to
Personal Clash Set
for further information. When the details are as required, click
OK
.
Note:
Userid is the user’s windows UserId and not the userid used to access the 3D model.
The personal clash set is run, the clashes can be viewed using the Clash Report. Refer to
Clash Report
for further information.
Note:
If a clash is resolved through deleting or relocating one or both of the clashing elements, records of the clash will become dormant when any clash set referencing the elements is re-run.
