ISODRAFT User Guide

Catalogue Requirements : Alternative Item Codes
By default, ISODRAFT takes the item code from the SPCOM name. If the user requires different item codes for different clients, the user can set them in the Catalogue database as User-defined Attributes (UDAs) of the SPCOM. UDAs are described in the LEXICON Command Reference Manual. It is also possible to derive the item code for Supports from a Standard Text Attribute, Text UDA or Property of the ATTA itself rather than from its SPCOM. Refer to ISODRAFT command ITEMCODE for details of how to display the item codes.
