Using ISODRAFT
: Command Line
Command Line
To control ISODRAFT from the command line, display the
ISODRAFT Command Input & Output
window by selecting
Display > Command Window
from the main menu bar.
Full details of all the commands are given in the Command Reference chapter, of the
ISODRAFT Reference Manual
. Commands related to the descriptions in this and following chapters are summarised at the end of each chapter.
The information displayed on each isometric can be controlled by enabling and disabling features from the command line. The required settings are normally established by the system administrator and files are plotted using macros.
The basic procedure for producing an isometric plot from the command line is:
1.
Set-up the output filename and mode.
2.
Enter the Message File name.
Note:
Before any pipelines can be processed for isometric plotting the user
must
specify an output device and a message file.
3.
Set-up any additional options to be used.
4.
Assemble a Detail List, if required.
5.
Plot the required elements, using the DETAIL command.
