Normally, when the end condition FL is specified, flanges are generated and attached to the start and end points of the symbol automatically. When offset symbols are user defined, however, flanges are not added automatically; they must be built into the symbol or added by using the PSKEY attribute of the relevant p-points (see Component End Conditions Defined By P-Points).
