Create/Modify a Configuration
1.
From the IFC Export window, select Settings to display the Settings window.
2.
In the IFC Mappings pane of the Settings window, select the required mappings file then click Edit Mappings File.
3.
In the E3D To IFC Element Mapping pane, select a new row.
4.
Enter the name of the E3D element to be mapped (if the E3D element name is incorrect the text is highlighted red).
5.
From the picker list, select the required IFC elements and apply the E3D rule.
6.
Enter a name and description for a Property Set.
7.
Enter the Property Mappings to map the E3D element attributes to IFC properties.
8.
To save the configuration as new, click Save As then enter the details for the new configuration or to save changes to an existing configuration click Save.
